Important information to ensure an amazing grooming experience!
*** If not already in Nevada, (within 10 miles) we do charge a Travel Fee between $20 - $65 for locations in Nevada (including Stateline, Kingsbury Grade, Zephyr Cove, Glenbrook, Cave Rock, Gardnerville, Minden, New Washoe City, VC Highlands, South Reno and surrounding).
** PLEASE NOTE: WE ARE A ONE-PERSON GROOMING TEAM. ESTIMATED GROOM TIMES ARE INDICATED UNDER EACH SERVICE PACKAGE ** PLEASE PLAN ACCORDINGLY.
Appointment requests may be denied if your service area is not in the vicinity of the current appointments booked for that day. Never fear! We will contact you to schedule the next availability.
Please advise if your road or driveway is steep (incline or decline) as we need a level and a safe area for our van to park. Please advise if your driveway has any snow or ice.
Arrival times are estimates due to road conditions (windy conditions, winter conditions) and traffic, etc. Please allow a 45min EARLY/LATE arrival window. We will contact you if there are any delays as we do not rush a dog through the Spa experience.
Upon our arrival, please allow us 5 mins to set up and to ensure our tools and items did not shift or fall during transit. We will call, text or knock on the door once we are ready to begin your Pup's Spa Day!
**We are not grooming New Customers with Doodles, Poodles & Poodle mixes at this time**
Prices may vary depending on breed, coat condition and a dogs behavior. We DO accept large dogs however on a CASE-BY-CASE basis.
We DO NOT groom aggressive dogs, hard to control dogs and SEVERELY MATTED dogs. If needed, we will request a Meet-and-Greet prior to the grooming appointment. There are additional charges for De-Shedding and De-Matting (within reason) as we do not want to stress a dog on their spa day!
Prices are estimates that reflect dogs being groomed on a regular basis which is from 1 to 8 weeks, depending on breed/coat. If we can not complete a grooming due to the behavior or health of the dog, there is a minimum service charge of $50.
